Your responsibilities

• Host and contact person in the restaurant and bar area
• Fulfilling individual guest requests
• Managing, training and motivating service and bar staff
• Stocktaking and placing orders in the beverage area
• Maintaining and controlling inventory

Your profile

• Successful completion of vocational training as a hotel or restaurant expert
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in the four-star category on land, at sea or on inland waterways
• Sound knowledge of bar drinks, preparation and calculation
• Sound knowledge of wine and beverages
• Leadership qualities
• Guest-oriented behaviour
• Excellent knowledge of German and English
