Onboard Hotel Manager - Private Yacht

We are looking for an experienced Female Hotel Manager who has worked in ultra luxury 7* private resorts, hotels and/or members clubs. The Hotel Manager will have an impeccable record in overseeing high-end establishments, emphasizing world-class service. This unique role involves managing a private yacht and its interior team, ensuring the owners experience unparalleled elegance and service every time they're aboard.

Responsibilities:

Managing an interior crew of 6
Extensive Luxury Hotel Experience to be applied to every aspect when working on the vessel; from service to the client and guests, to managing a team and implementing luxury amenities and services
The Hotel Manager must have a passion for delivering extraordinary guest experiences, ensuring that every detail is meticulously attended to.
Leadership Skills: The candidate should be able to lead and inspire a team of hospitality professionals onboard the yacht, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing crew.
Attention to detail is paramount in maintaining the yacht's luxurious standards.
The Hotel Manager must have a keen eye for perfection in all aspects of service and maintenance.
Crisis Management: In the rare event of unforeseen challenges or emergencies, the Hotel Manager should remain calm, resourceful, and capable of making quick and effective decisions to ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests.

Ideal Candidate:

Essential experience working as a hotel manager in world class properties; hotels and resorts, as well as private villas

Fluent/Native English
Well presented
Able to start immediately
Hard working and committed to their career as a hotel manager
Excellent experience working in luxury resorts of 7* standards
Understanding the nature of working for VVIP and HNW clients
Management experience of a team (6 crew onboard)

Package:
Full time position – year round position

Accommodation onboard the vessel

Start date: ASAP (from October 2023)
Salary: €8000-€9000 per month (net)
Training provided
Certificates can be obtain for yachting qualifications
Location: Greece, Europe and global cruising
