This is what you bring

• European Union passport - any other passport holder applications will be declined
• Work experience in similar roles
• Knowledge of the tools and functions in the galley
• Independent work in the kitchen
• Able to communicate in English

This is what you will do

• Confidence with main course preparation for meat, fish and sauces
• Knowledge of different cooking methods (poaching, simmering, etc.)
