Maitre D'

Access have partnered with an internationally recognized shipping company based in Hamburg. They have 40 years’ experience in the shipping business and are currently expanding. They offer many different services within the shipping and maritime sector and are extremely focused on offering brilliant guest satisfaction ratings. Due to the rapidly expanding team they are currently hiring an Maitre D'.

As a Maitre d' you will be responsible for managing the entire service department as a decison maker, control and enforcement of the quality standards in the service area. You will also be responsibilie for the sufficient supply of material, equipment and personnel for all service operations according to the prescribed standard with a guarantee of smooth service operations.

To be eligible for this role you need to:

• Professional training as hotel/restaraunt specialist or prvable relevant experiences within the area (eg by internal qualification), final qualification of a hotel vocational school desired.
• Several years of practical experience
• Excellent knowledge in service and galley area especially in beverages and wines.
• Minimum age approx 30 years old.
• Experience in managing complaints, living up to service.
• Fluent English and/or German
