2nd/Sous Chef - Private 70m M/Y
Rotational Sous Chef position available on a busy private support vessel producing a range of food including vegetarian meals, bread, patisserie and chocolates. You will be assisting with producing guest food and also for crew.

Start date: ASAP
Itinerary: Worldwide / TBC
Salary: Highly competitive salary Paid in Euro – 2:2 rotation

Experience/attributes required:
* Restaurant background preferred
* Minimum 1 year yachting experience
* Professional training
* Excellent attention to detail
* Energetic, creative, ambitious
* Positive outlook
* Teamwork and multi-tasking

Qualifications required:
* STCW (fully updated)
* Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
* Seafarer's Medical Certificate
* Culinary certificate
* Seafarer's Discharge Book (preferable)
* Food Safety & Hygiene L2 Certificate
* Fully vaccinated (client's request) mandatory
* B1/B2 HIGHLY PREFERRED

Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements.
Non smoker / no visible tattoos
