IT System Engineer (m/f/d) Schwerpunkt Unified Endpoint Management

Your chartered goal

• Subject matter expert for Unified Endpoint Management applications as well as provision of IT services as 2nd and 3rd level team   
• System administration tasks, including automated endpoint management (client/server/mobile) including UEM tool administration  
• Management and deployment of system policies and management of system vulnerabilities  
• General Windows Server and Active Directory tasks  
• Support with compliance and security issues in accordance with company, group and corporate policies and processes and in cooperation with the respective responsible persons at company, group and corporate level  
• On-call service for incident management 

Your previous ports of call

• Degree in information science or related subjects or equivalent experience in related positions 
• Knowledge of IT service or IT client and user management 
• IT knowledge of ITIL, Microsoft SCCM or MECM and Microsoft Intune  
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English as well as confident use of MS Office 365  
• Economic thinking and acting, hands-on mentality, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
