Faststream is recruiting for a Sous Chef to join a modern 6* boutique cruise line. The client offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Japanese speaking Sous Chef to assist in leading a galley onboard a cruise line known for it's high level fine dining.
The expanding fleet offers excellent progression opportunities to successful candidates.

The role offers:

The desired candidate will have the following:

• Fluency in Japanese language is essential to the role. 
• Experience in delivering fine dining in either 5* restaurants or Cruise ships.
• C1D Visa and all STCW up to date
• Availability to join immediately
