Junior Chef (Season 2024 / 2025)

We are looking for Junior Chef to work onboard River Ships Season 2024

Note: Our Agency also offers job opportunities in Hotels, Restaurants, Resorts in different European Countries for Season Winter Season 2024/2025

Responsible for the breakfast preparation

Tasks / Responsibilities

• Active assistance of preparing daily meals
• Professional food handling including buffet and guest service
• Implementation of our quality standards in the galley
• Compliance with HACCP requirements and labeling
• Active support with deliveries and loadings

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship or specialized training as a cook
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a comparable position
• In-depth knowledge of the menu and food
• Knowledge of the tools and functions in the galley
• Good communication skills in English
• Excellent team work and expertise
