The Chef de Partie Pastry is the specialized Station Chef responsible for the production of all hot and cold desserts, pastries, and baked goods for the entire ship. They manage the dedicated pastry kitchen, oversee the Commis Bakers, and ensure creative, high-quality sweet items are produced in large quantities for all dining venues, maintaining strict quality control.
