Chef de Partie (EU national only)
- Assume full responsibility for assigned station and duties;
- Ensure that the menu cycle as well as standard recipes are followed as per instruction and material provided by supervisor;
- Prepare, arrange and check show plates for service as instructed by Sous-Chef;
- Ensure elegant and attractive food presentation as well as excellent taste and proper temperature of dishes at all times;
- Ensure on-time food production in assigned station and check service hours in Daily Program to ensure timeliness (i.e. Lunch, Dinner, Teatime, night snacks);
- Ensure assigned working area is clean and orderly at all times;
- Participate at all daily lunch and dinner briefings with supervisors;
- Ensure at all times food preparation and handling according to HACCP standards in assigned station, also by the subordinat;
- Effective supervision and leadership of Junior Chefs & Trainees;
- Assist during loading and luggage transports as instructed by the supervisor;
