We are currently looking for an experienced Sous chef for the PASPALEY PEARL YACHT 

PASPALEY PEARL marks a milestone in the development of boutique expedition travel, offering a benchmark-setting standard of excellence in the Asia Pacific region. As the newest and only boutique expedition vessel. Featuring 15 staterooms and suites and hosting a maximum of 30 guests per voyage. 
To be considered for this role, you will require:

- Minimum two years of experience as Sous chef on 50m+ yacht or a small cruise vessel
- Fluently spoken English
- Service minded, attention to details
- Professional attitude
- Team spirit
- Valid Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW)
- Valid Seamen’s Book
