The Executive Pastry Chef is the most senior culinary professional in the Pastry Department, responsible for overseeing the entire production of all desserts, pastries, and baked goods for the vessel. They develop recipes, manage the large team of pastry and bakery staff, control inventory, and ensure the consistent, high-quality execution of all sweet items.
