You will manage the day-to-day operations of the pastry shop; train, supervise, support, and evaluate pastry personnel; coordinate the set-up of pastry displays in buffet areas; and submit reports to the Corporate Pastry Chef. If you have a culinary school degree and at least five years of experience as a Pastry Chef or First Pastryman in an upscale cruise ship, hotel, resort, or convention banqueting service, then you’re the pastry expert we want!
